Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the public-facing content and services on www.PrometheanHD.com. It covers web pages, downloadable documents, and multimedia published by our consultancy. It does not cover third-party websites linked from our site or content provided by partner organisations.

 

Compliance Status

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria and to follow the requirements of the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 and the Equality Act 2010 where applicable to our work with NHS organisations. Where full compliance has not yet been achieved, we are taking steps to improve accessibility.

  • Design and development: We follow inclusive design and human factors principles during design, development, and content creation.

  • Testing: We use a combination of automated tools, manual testing, and user testing with people with lived experience of disability.

  • Training: Staff involved in content creation and site maintenance receive accessibility guidance and training.

  • Formats: We provide content in accessible HTML as the primary format and make alternative formats available on request.

 

Known Limitations

  • Some older PDF documents and legacy content may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

  • Third-party tools or embedded content may not be fully accessible; we review and replace or remediate such components where possible. If you encounter a specific accessibility issue, please tell us so we can investigate and fix it.
